Men's Fitness Class

Men's Fitness Classes are held every Mondays at 5:00 at the MAC.
Any property owner who is interested in joining us is welcome. We meet every Monday and the cost is $5.00 for the hour. No reservations are necessary. Please bring a mat or a towel and a pair of weights no more than 10 pounds each (less is better to begin with). This class focuses on golf conditioning, balance, stretching, cardio and muscle toning.
