VILLAGE ACTIVITY CENTER OVERVIEW
The Village Activity Center opened in the summer of 1997 and has fast become a favorite place to relax and play. The VAC is a Sea Trail Corporation facility that is available to local area residents, vacationers, and property owners.
Members and their guests can work out in the state-of-the-art Cardio-Theatre featuring an integrated entertainment and fitness area, take a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools, have a cool drink at the Oasis Pool Bar, relax in the sauna, experience a soothing massage by a certified therapist or participate in a variety of planned activities.
Scheduled classes may include water aerobics, tai chi, toning and stretching, yoga or arts and crafts. In an effort to show an appreciation for the Sea Trail property owners, they offer reduced rates on both the administrative fee and the monthly fee for the Village Activity Center. Membership to the center allows access to all facilities and reduced prices on special classes. All homeowners are invited to tour the facility.

Many doctors are recommending yoga to prevent and help with various health issues. Some of these include: joint and back pain, anxiety and stress disorders and increasing flexibility and strength for a better golf swing. If you are interested in taking yoga and experiencing the benefits it can provide, there are two classes being offered. Both of them are held at the VAC (Visitors Activity Center) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. A Vinyasa Flow class is from 9:30 - 10:30 and is most suited for those with some yoga experience. Your experience can be very limited. Having taken any yoga class and being familiar with the basic moves is all you need. A Gentle/Beginner class begins at 10:45 – 11:45. During this class movements are slow and lots of instruction is given on alignment and breathing. This class offers a great introduction to yoga for those who have always wanted to begin their practice but may have been afraid to try it. Please bring a mat. The cost is $8.00/class. If you have any questions you can text or email Pam Batchelor at 910-231-5006 or firstname.lastname@example.org
