Sea Trail Master Association

The Sea Trail Plantation Master Association provides for the preservation and upkeep of the common areas within the Plantation, as well as limited common areas, which include the Plantation Swim and Tennis Club (The Pink Palace), the Property Owners Activity Center (The Maples Activity Center), and the Chapel on the Green. These homeowner facilities are open for use by all property owners at Sea Trail Plantation. The common areas within the Plantation include, but are not limited to, the maintenance, landscaping and repair of roadsides, Plantation entrances, buffer areas, etc.. 


The STMA Board of Directors is composed of three property owners and four Sea Trail Corporation appointees. Eight very active committees, with Chairs and volunteers number over sixty property owners, manage the property owners’ facilities and oversee property owners’ interest. Their names are listed under the STMA Board of Directors and Committee Chairs.

It is important to note that every individually owned property at Sea Trail, whether it be a vacant or occupied lot, or a multifamily condominium or townhouse unit, is a member of the Master Association. In addition, if an individual owns more than one piece of property, they are responsible for paying Master Association dues for each property owned.
