Members are entitled to bring three (3) guests per member and pay a special member guest rate.  Members playing with three (3) guests can reserve a tee time six (6) months in advance year round on any of the three (3) courses based upon availability.

League Play:

The recognized Sea Trail Men's Golf Association will play on Tuesday. The recognized Sea Trail Ladies Golf Association will play on Wednesday.  The recognized Nine Hole Ladies Association will play on Thursday.  The currently established Couples League will play on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.  These are the only recognized leagues by Sea Trail Corporation.

The Sea Trail Men's Golf Association and the Sea Trail Ladies Golf Association can reserve AM tee times out of "peak season" and can reserve PM tee times in "peak season".  Peak seasons are defined as February 26, 2009 through May 10, 2009 and September 16, 2009 through November 15, 2009.

The Nine Hole Ladies League and the Couples League will play in the PM only.

Any member reserving more than two (2) tee times will be required to submit a list of player's names seventy-two (72) hours prior to the time of play to the applicable Golf Shop.

Cancellation Policy:

Members who need to cancel reserved tee times should cancel with the Golf Shop as early as possible, but in no case less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the time of play.  Failure to cancel a reserved tee time in accordance with the above policy is a breach of the policy and a discourtesy to other members, property owners and resort guests.  Individuals will be subject to a no show charge of one round at the local rate against their account.

Members must present their membership card at the Golf Shop to be recognized as a member or to receive any applicable discounts or rates that would apply.

If the Golf Shop is closed, no one should access the golf course.  For the safety of everyone, "walking the loop" or playing a few holes without a golf bag or carrying a few clubs and playing a few holes in the evening is prohibited.  Any person violating the policy will be asked to leave the course.  Due to recent court decisions, we have been advised by legal council and our insurance agent that this policy is for the good of all property owners and guests at Sea Trail.  Certain chemicals are applied to golf courses that may result in injury or death if they come in contact with humans or animals.  Your cooperation is appreciated.

2009 Non-Member Play Policies

If you decide not to elect a membership option for 2009, you will be subject to the following play policies:

Non-members can reserve a tee time ninety (90) days in advance year round on any of the three (3) golf courses based upon availability and will receive a 20% discount off the published golf fee rate.
