STLGA Calendar and Tee Times President's Message
The Sea Trail Ladies Golf Association (STLGA) is an 18-hole golf league open to female property owners at Sea Trail or a female who has purchased a Sea Trail Membership.. Most of our members are golfers but we also have non-golfing members who own property here. Our non-golfing members are social members.
We are fortunate to be able to play year-round and our league day is Wednesday. Weekly play is coordinated by volunteers who select the games to be played each month. We play both gross and net games and foursomes could be players with different handicaps or with similar handicaps. To participate in our weekly games all you need is a handicap and 2 bucks. If you don’t have an established handicap from another club all you have to do is play 5 rounds to establish a Sea Trail handicap. Our goal is to have fun!
We are governed by officers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member-at Large) elected by our members at our annual Awards Luncheon in November. Numerous committee chairpersons, who volunteer or are appointed by our President, also keep our organization running smoothly. Quarterly meetings keep everyone informed and provide opportunities to socialize with other members. Click on the Executive Board and Committee Descriptions link for more information.
While you’re on this web site take a quick look at our Rules and our Calendar for a good overview of our organization. Opportunities to play with other women’s leagues at area courses are also available to our members. Check out Ladybirds and STLGA Interclub for an overview and schedule for these playing options.
Dues this year for playing members is $50. Social membership dues are $10. To join, click on the Membership Application link. Print and complete the membership form. Put the form and your $50 check, made payable to STLGA, in an envelope and place it in our lock-box in the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse computer room.
We’re looking forward to meeting and playing with you!
