Sea Trail Ladies Golf Association (STLGA) is open to any lady who owns property at Sea Trail (home, condo, lot). STLGA is an 18 hole league and is also open to non-golfers who can join as non-voting Social Members. Every Wednesday year around is STLGA play day.
The Association is governed by officers elected by the membership and committee chairpersons appointed by the President.
There are four luncheon meetings during the year and an awards luncheon at the end of the year. There are several major tournaments and special events scheduled throughout the year.
Yearly dues are $50.00 which includes the handicap fee. New members also pay an additional $2.00 for the Hole-in-One Fund. This fund pays for drinks for the group when someone has a hole-in-one.
Social membership dues are determined each year (those who do not play golf but would like to attend luncheons and socials).
To be eligible for prizes in weekly or tournament play you must have an established handicap. Score cards for at least 5 rounds of golf should be submitted to the Handicap Committee. Updated handicaps are calculated at the beginning of each month and can be picked up at the Jones/Byrd Club House. You can sign up for weekly play on the STMA Website or on the sheet posted on the Jones/Byrdd Clubhouse bulletin board.
To join STLGA make your check payable to STLGA and give it to the current STLGA treasurer.

President’s Message:
On behalf of the STLGA Board and Committee Chairs, I would like to welcome you all to
this exciting time in STLGA history. Twenty years of this organization have been celebrated and now we move onward to the next twenty! We look forward to working with you as we continue to have fun, play golf, support each other, and enjoy social events together.
The new board has met and has done lots of brainstorming. Communication and the
strengthening of STLGA are our main objectives this year. We’ve devised an acrostic that
goes like this:
Smiles, Teamwork, Laughter, Goodwill, Appreciation
and we want this to be the cornerstone of our year together. We think we’ve come up with
some good ideas that will help to continue the success and growth of STLGA, and we will bring all of these new ideas to your attention at our first meeting of the new year on January 26, 2010. Be sure to mark your calendars now! We’ll meet at the Pink Palace at 11:00 for the meeting followed by a lunch that will be served to you by your new STLGA Board!
We encourage all members to log on to the STLGA page on the Homeowner's website and download the By-Laws and a copy of the Local Rules for your golf bag.
We will continue to use the bulletin board in the Jones/Byrd and our Broadcast E-Mail
system to update you on dates, events, important announcements, and upcoming socials.
Please contact members of the board if you have questions or concerns. We will be glad to answer your questions as we all work together to keep STLGA strong.
