Any unauthorized use of the user names and passwords is strictly prohibited.  The only one allowed to disseminate the user name and password will be the web master of the site.  You are not to share this information with your friends or neighbors.

IF YOU ARE A NEW OWNER AND YOUR PURCHASE HAS NOT BEEN RECORDED WITH THE MASTER ASSOCIATION OFFICE, YOU MAY RECEIVE A DENIAL LETTER. RESPOND TO THE E-MAIL EXPLAINING YOU ARE A "NEW" OWNER AND OUR RECORDS WILL BE UPDATED.
